Recently featured aspiring MMA babe Alexandria Spangenberg recently took home second place honors in the lightweight division at Battle at the Beach in New Jersey by the North American Grappling Association (NAGA).  Successful in her very first tournament Alexandria hopes to fight again in September.  We wish her continued success in her fighting career.

Fight for Wrestling Bakersfield Ring Babes

Last Friday afternoon UFC goddess Arianny Celeste tweeted that she had a meeting with Playboy.  Her fans including us perked right up and asked the dying question, "Will you be in Playboy?"  After a couple of hours she did tweet the following: "Dear Fans.Thnx 4 the ?s,comments,concerns. I promise u I will always keep it classy.I <3 myself my fans, n family 2 ever do to otherwise!!"  So we still don't know the answer but Arianny fever is in the air.

Meet Martial Arts Babe Angela Pearcy

Watch out MMA world here comes Angela Pearcy from Nashville, TN. Angela is a 5'7", 24 year old martial artist, model, dancer, accountant and cosmetologist ready to rock the MMA world. Originally from Illinois Angela started Taekwondo as a four year old and achieved her first degree black belt by 7, the youngest black belt in central Illinois history. Fighting and training with older kids, adults and mostly boys toughened Angela up which has led to a decorated martial arts career. She has seven Illinois state titles in forms, weapons, and sparring competitions. She has finished fourth in the world twice and also finished second in the world for sparring in 2007. Angela has recently turned her attention to modeling and dancing including music videos, print ads, being a finalist for the Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders and the Nashville Predators. In Angela's words, "I would absolutely love to have the opportunity to become an Octagon girl for the UFC. It would definitely be mixing both of my passions: Martial arts and Modeling."

How did you get into the world of MMA?
-I started Taekwondo when I was 4 years old because I loved “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. I started competing shortly after I started and I fell in love with the sport right away. I competed for 18 years and enjoyed every moment of it. Now, I am pursuing modeling and dancing, and being a MMA girl is the best of both of my worlds.

Who is your favorite MMA fighter?
-Matt Hughes. We actually grew up in small towns that are only an hour apart in Illinois.

What are your hobbies?
-Dancing, camping, boating, fishing, traveling, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Are you single?
-Yes

What do you look for in a guy?
-First and foremost, he has to put God first in his life. He needs to take good care of himself and be in touch with reality.

What are your turn-ons?
-I love a good smile and great eyes!

What are your turnoffs?
-A smoker or drinker.

What would you say is your best feature?
-I’d have to say my eyes.

What are your future plans or dreams in life?
-I would like to be a part of a professional dance team, an octagon girl, and go to school to become a Psychologist. Other than things that are career oriented, I would like to skydive and zip line. I’ve gotta have my adrenaline rush!

Strikeforce Challengers Rockin Women's MMA Tournament Tonight

Strikeforce Challengers in Phoenix, AZ tonight will feature a four woman welterweight tournament.  Fighter babe Miesha "Takedown" Tate (top left) will take on Maiju Kujala and fighter babe Carina "Beauty But The Beast" Damm (second right) will take on Hitomi Akano as determined by random drawing seen in picture three.  The winner of each fight will face off against each other later in the night to determine who will get a shot at welterweight champion Sarah Kaufman.  Don't forget the lovely Strikeforce babes as well which have a few new faces for this event.

How did you get into the world of MMA?
-Someone special took me to a fight for our first date, and I have been into it ever since!

-Josh Barnett because he's an awesome fighter and a cool guy in person.

What else do you do with your time when not modeling for Hitman Fight Gear or other places?
-Modeling is a full time job; on my days off I'm still setting up future photo shoots, and networking with new people who are interested in booking me.

What are your hobbies?
-I love doing hot yoga to keep in shape, hanging around the beach, taking cat naps with my kitties, and learning about psychology.

Are you single?
-Well let's just say the guy who took me to that fight for our first date won me over.

What do you look for in a guy?
-Funny, big, squishy, cuddling type.

What are your turn-ons?
-A man that keeps his eyes on me.

What are your turnoffs?
-A man that is super into his looks.

What would you say is your best feature (ex. body part)?
-My tummy!

What are your future plans or dreams?
-While I'm modeling, I also go to school, and major in psychology. I hope to stay in the industry by counseling/helping other models or entertainers in the business.

Elle "The HEAT" Stradtner - Ring Babe & Fighter

Is it really true?  Yes, we have found a babe that is both an MMA ring girl and fighter!  Meet Lauren Stradtner who goes by the MMA name Elle "The HEAT" Stradtner.  This 21 year old MMA babe was born and raised in Alabama but currently resides in Fort Collins, CO.  The 5'4", 120 lb. dynamo and proud new mother won her very first amateur MMA fight and is currently training to get back into the ring.  Below is our Q&A with this MMA babe.

How did you get into the world of MMA?
-I broke up with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day, so on the 15th I went to the gym to hit the bags and let out some anger. There was a team of guys training together and I asked the trainer "How can I get into this? I wanna fight!" He said "Be here tomorrow at 7pm" I was there every day after that till my fight. It's the perfect sport for me.

Do you like ring carding or fighting better?
-I don't think I can pick one over the other. I enjoy fighting because I get to let out my Alpha female, release anger, I can keep up with most guys, stay in great shape, and the training is a lot of fun. Ring carding on the other hand brings out a whole different side of me. I get to be sexy and feminine, I don't have to get knocked in the face :) and it's really fun to just be girly sometimes.

Who is your favorite MMA fighter?
-George "Rush" St-Pierre. He is very respectful and definitely one of the world's best fighters. He always puts on a great show and he's a smooth talker.

What are your hobbies?
-Modeling, ring carding, Dj'in, go-go dancing, cage fighting, working out, singing and playing the guitar and Super Mario Bros 3! It's awesome that my hobbies are my jobs, I love it.

Are you single?
-I am in a relationship. I am a single mom, but I have an amazing boyfriend. He has been chasing me for 2 years. I finally gave him a chance and I really love him.

What do you look for in a guy?
-I look for a man that is very strong and manly, but has a secret soft sensitive side that only shows when he's with me. He needs to be confident, but still protective of me. I like a little jealousy and I love to be showed off.

What are your turn-ons?
-A man that knows what he wants and will do anything it takes to get it. It's the aggressiveness and the go getter attitude that attracts my attention.

What are your turnoffs?
-I am really turned off by a lot of hair. I like it on your head and that's about it. Also, I am turned off by rudeness and closed mindedness. I am open to almost all new experiences and that's part of what makes life so great.

What would you say is your best feature?
-My best feature is my personality. You will never meet someone else like me. I will be myself around anyone and I am a lot of fun.

What are your future plans or dreams in life?
-I would like to own my own business that revolves around fitness, beauty, health and relaxation to help people reach their weight loss goals.
